All items are made to order. Each piece in a Matchday Drop is produced after you purchase, which keeps inventory low and stitch quality high. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering.

You do not need to ship the defective item back unless we specifically request it for quality control review. If we do request a return, we cover the return shipping via a prepaid label.
Because every piece is made to order, direct exchanges are not possible. If you need a different size, please report the original as "incorrect size received" only if we shipped the wrong size relative to your order. Otherwise place a new order for the correct size.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement. After that window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible because materials and stitching time are committed.

Tracking is provided for every order. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes paid by the recipient; these are not included in the purchase price and are outside Strade Studio's control.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encryption at rest at Shopify and Stripe, access controls, and regular security reviews. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions proportional to the sensitivity of the data.
Strade Studio is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, email privacy@stradestudio.com and we will delete it.
Strade Studio operates from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms for EU/UK data.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The effective date at the top of this policy will always reflect the most recent update. For material changes we will also post a notice on the homepage and, if you have an account, email registered customers.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to produce legal or similarly significant effects on customers. Fraud-detection systems used by Shopify Payments and Stripe may flag high-risk transactions for manual review, and in those cases a human reviews before any order is cancelled.
Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. Because there is no industry consensus on DNT implementation, we currently do not respond to DNT signals. You can control tracking via our cookie banner instead.

We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, colors, or other content on the site are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Every piece is made to order and handled by human workers, so slight variation in placement, color, and stitching is expected and part of the craft. Monitor calibration will also cause color shifts between your screen and the finished item. These minor variations are not defects. Major defects are covered under the Returns & Refunds section above.
All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, and modify or discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order due to a pricing error, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
All designs, graphics, logos, product photography, typography, videos, written copy, and site code are the property of Strade Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-dress laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any of it without prior written permission.
Country crests, flags, and national emblems depicted on our products are used as cultural/artistic reference under applicable fair-use and free-expression doctrines and are not officially licensed by any national federation, association, governing body, or FIFA. Strade Studio is an independent supporter-culture brand.
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, social-media posts tagging us, or any other content (collectively "UGC") to Strade Studio, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that UGC in connection with the brand. You represent that you own or control all rights in the UGC and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@stradestudio.com including: (1) physical or electronic signature of the rightsholder or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the infringing material and where it's located on our site; (4) your contact information; (5) a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Except for the defect-replacement guarantee described in Returns & Refunds, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strade Studio and its officers, employees, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or cost of substitute goods) arising out of or related to your use of the site or products. Our total cumulative liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strade Studio, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; (d) any UGC you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Strade Studio will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@stradestudio.com. If we cannot resolve it informally within 60 days, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in New York, NY under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration clause is null and void.
You may opt out of the arbitration clause by emailing legal@stradestudio.com within 30 days of your first purchase with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Follow third-party links at your own risk.
If you initiate a chargeback for an order that was delivered as ordered, we reserve the right to: (a) dispute the chargeback with documentary evidence; (b) cancel any outstanding orders on the same account; (c) ban the account from future purchases. Please contact us at hello@stradestudio.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
We may suspend or terminate your account or decline to ship an order if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or abused the defect-replacement policy. We will refund any pending unfulfilled portion of orders if we terminate for these reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy above, constitute the entire agreement between you and Strade Studio regarding the site and services.

We test with screen readers, use semantic HTML, provide alt text on product imagery, maintain sufficient color contrast, and support keyboard navigation.
